# Stayker

> Stayker is booking technology for the AI era — the infrastructure layer for travel booking. It brings live, real-time hotel availability online under a partner's own brand, with guests booking direct with the hotel (real confirmation numbers; live-inventory bookings are loyalty-eligible). Stayker also exposes hotel booking to AI agents over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and a REST API.

Stayker serves three audiences through three products:

- **Build** (developers): add real hotel booking to any AI agent, app, or platform via an MCP server or REST API — search, rate, book, confirm. MCP endpoint: `https://mcp.stayker.com/mcp`. npm package: `npx 1stay-mcp`. Powered by 1Stay.ai.
- **Book** (event organizers): live hotel booking under your brand, in three products — Stayker Live (instant self-serve branded portals), Stayker Custom (bespoke, persistent guest accounts across all your events), and Stayker Group (the technology for a contracted room block — sub-blocks, rooming lists, pickup, automated reconciliation — free for the hotels; the organizer controls the block).
- **Connect** (hotels): modern distribution that normalizes every channel into one pipe, with production reporting.

Key facts:
- Guests book direct with the hotel's own system — not a redirect, not a resold rate. Real confirmation numbers. Live-inventory bookings are loyalty-eligible per each hotel's program; contracted group-block rates often are not.
- Stayker is never the merchant of record for the room/stay — the hotel is.
- Global inventory: hundreds of thousands of properties.
